Oct 15, 2019 to Dec 09, 2019
Description :
The ability to integrate research evidence into the practice of manual therapy is crucial to ongoing clinical effectiveness. In this online course, you will develop the skills to evaluate current research and apply research evidence in the clinical setting, through online course readings, recorded lectures, and discussion board participation. Participants will complete eight week-long modules, undertake a critical appraisal of a research article using the PICO framework and guidelines established by the Physiotherapy Evidence Database, and write a case report targeted for submission to Physiotherapy Canada.
By the end of this course you will be able to find, appraise, and apply research evidence appropriately and effectively in your own practice.
